Legal Aid: Critical Help For Critical Moments
We provide seminars on a varienty of topics including welfare and public benefits, landlord-tenant law, domestic violence, and elder law.
Custody and divorce clinics help people learn about their legal options and how to file court documents with limited assistance from an advocate.
Private attorneys volunteer their time and expertise to handle cases for free, often through a local bar association.
We receive funding through the PA Department of Public Welfare's Disability Advocacy Program to help individuals receive Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
